Team
Luca Burato
Luca's strong work ethic and dedication to his job are the building principles on which he built his real estate career.
Originally from Vicenza, Italy, Luca started his New York City career as a property manager for several landlords, managing properties in three of the five boroughs. Through his management experience, Luca developed great customer care skills, as well as real estate and building knowledge. Many of his clients consult with him on a daily basis on different matters such as renovations, construction, tenant screening, rentals, and sales.
Formerly a music producer, Luca owned a record company and co-founded one of the most successful Italian music magazines, Salad Days. As a result, Luca understands the importance of strong communication, marketing, and exposure in developing investments. Consistently interested and motivated to acquire more knowledge, Luca is always ready to answer and assist his clients' needs: "thanks to my background, I have the privilege to look at real estate from all prospectives," Luca says, "I understand landlords' needs, tenants' requests, and investors' dilemmas, and am able to establish an equilibrium that benefits all parties and projects".
Guido Pompilj
Forged an international career path in real estate beginning with the Corporate Real Estate Division of Citibank in New York. Subsequently, he joined CB Richard Ellis in Milan where he serviced national and international clients such as The Blackstone Group, Pam Group, Banca Intesa, Clayton Dublier & Rice, and Pirelli. Collaborating with Gabetti, Guido was the first broker to advertise a Manhattan real estate development in Italy. Subsequently, he guided the acquisition of entire portfolios of bankrupt New York City condominiums thus bringing Italian real estate investors to the attention of the Wall Street Journal for the first time. More recently, he served as the buyer's broker for Bizzi and Partners' purchase of the Setai Fifth Avenue building lot. This 60-story skyscraper is two blocks from the Empire State Building. Guido earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rome and moved to New York in 1981 to pursue a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University.
